- Milk1/2 cup
- Sugar with cinnamon for sprinkling to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Dulce de leche200 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Add the mashed banana with the sugar, milk and egg and mix well. Add the flour with the yeast and form a homogeneous mass.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the dumplings with the help of a spoon to drip the dough.
- Place the dumplings on a plate with paper towels and then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- For the syrup, just mix the dulce de leche with the cream.
