- For the caramel: sugar1 cup

- In the mixer, beat the eggs, oil, milk and sugar. Add the flour (half a cup at a time) and continue beating for another 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy. Finally, add the yeast and mix without beating.
- Prepare the caramel: place the sugar and water in a pan over medium-low heat. Let it melt until it becomes a thick syrup and amber in color. Turn off and place in a greased pie form or roast.
- Cover the caramel with the sliced or sliced bananas and pour the prepared banana pie dough in the blender on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
- When it's golden and consistent, you can take your banana pie out of the oven. Let it cool a little, unmold and enjoy!
