- Oat flakes2 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Optional honey2 tablespoon
- 70% chocolate or raisins to taste
- Start by preheating the oven to 200°C.
- Peel and mash the banana well, and gradually mix in the oatmeal, cinnamon and honey.
- If the dough is too soft, add a little more oatmeal. Make balls in the shape of cookies and place on the buttered baking sheet or on the parchment paper.
- If you want, add pieces of 70% chocolate or raisins and leave in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
