Coconut oil1 tablespoon
Sugar or Xylitol1 tablespoon
1 pinch of salt1 l
Cinnamon powder1 to taste
Oat Flour2 tablespoon
Rice or Quinoa Flour2 tablespoon
Sweet people or cornstarch2 tablespoon
Raisins to taste
Yeast for cake1 coffee spoon

Mash the banana well, add the egg and mix well so you don't run the risk of being under-full, add all the ingredients.
In a skillet or pan greased with coconut oil, line the bottom with sliced bananas and top with the cake batter. Place 2 grids on the stove so that the flame is away from the bottom of the pan.
On low heat, leave the pan/frying pan for 8 minutes, turn off the heat and wait 4 minutes. After that time, turn the cake over and turn the heat back on, let it bake for another 4 minutes. After that time, unmold the cake on a wire rack and let it cool for a few minutes.
