- Oat flakes1 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon1 to taste
- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- Mash the bananas with the help of a fork. Reserve
- Beat the eggs with a whisk and add the bananas, stirring.
- Add the oats, sugar and cinnamon, stir. add the yeast
- Bake in a greased and floured pan at 180°. Unmold and sprinkle cinnamon with sugar.
- Tip you can also add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to the dough 😉
