- Blend the ingredients in the blender, including 4 slices of mozzarella, (minus the chia) until smooth, add salt to taste, after blending, just add the chia and stir... a little margarine, I added a little cinnamon, but it is (optional) set aside, then just grease a small frying pan with margarine, and put some of the dough, spread it over the frying pan, then just turn it over, just fill it as you wish, I used half of the mozzarella for each crepioca and the banana, I'll leave some options for fillings (shredded chicken, ground beef, cheese and ham, chicken pâté or tuna)
