- Oat bran or oat flakes1 cup
- Demerara sugar1 dessert spoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Chocolate chips to taste
- In the bowl place the banana, eggs, oat bran, sugar and mix well.
- Add the baking powder and mix.
- Arrange the dough in the greased and floured form.
- Add the chocolate on top, if you want to put it in the dough too.
- Place in a preheated fryer at 180° for 15 minutes.
