Oil1/2 cup
Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
Sugar1/2 cup
Oat flour1 cup
Chocolate powder1/2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Sliced bananas3 unit(s)
Cinnamon1 teaspoon

In a bowl, mix well, using a whisk, the mashed bananas, eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla essence.
Add the oatmeal and cocoa powder. Mix until smooth. Gently fold in the baking powder.
Pour in a greased shape, and place the banana slices on top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 200°C for approximately 50 minutes.
