Olive oil1/2 cup
Egg1 unit(s)
Brown sugar1/4 cup
Banana3 unit(s)
Cocoa powder1/2 cup
Oat bran1/2 cup
Whole wheat flour1/2 cup
Cinnamon1 dessert spoon
Baking powder1/2 tablespoon
Chocolate Chips to taste

Beat the oil, egg, sugar and banana in a blender, set aside.
In a bowl mix the whole wheat flour, oat bran and cocoa powder and cinnamon. Add the mixture made in the blender and mix well.
Add the yeast and stir gently.
Place in greased forminhas a little bit of olive oil and infarinhada with whole wheat flour or cocoa powder.
Top with the chocolate chips.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180º until when you skewer the cookies with a toothpick it comes out clean.
