  • Ripe silver banana2 unit(s)
  • Milk (skimmed use)125 ml
  • Oil160 g
  • Sugar185 g
  • Unleavened Wheat Flour190 g
  • Corn Starch (Maizena)60 g
  • Chemical Baking Powder15 g
  • Chocolate chips (optional)50 g
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Grease and flour a mold of about 24 cm with a hole.
  3. Beat the eggs, oil, milk, bananas and sugar in a blender.
  4. Transfer this mixture to a bowl, then sift in the flour and starch. Homogenize slowly with a whisk and, finally, sieve the yeast, incorporating slowly.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan, distribute the chocolate chips and bake for 25 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Enjoy your food!
