Banana cake

Bata no liquidificador as bananas, os ovos, o óleo e o amendoim, a canela e o cravo.
Continue batendo e adicione o açúcar mascavo.
Reserve.

Blend the bananas, eggs, oil and peanuts, cinnamon and cloves in a blender.
Continue beating and add the brown sugar.
Reserve.

Misture os ingredientes  secos, (farinha de aveia, chia, linhaça ) acrescente as castanhas do pará  trituradas e o fermento 
Coloque o líquido do liquidificador, mexendo devagar e delicadamente  sem bater 

Mix the dry ingredients (oat flour, chia, flaxseed) add the crushed Brazil nuts and the yeast
Add the liquid from the blender, stirring slowly and gently without beating

Coloque metade  desta massa na forma (uso a de bolo inglês) coloque algumas fatias de banana sobre a massa. Acrescente o restante da massa , coloque por cima na diagonal as outras fatias de bananas Salpique canela , incremente com algumas castanhas inteiras e leve ao forno, pré-aquecdo a 200 graus C.por cerca de 30 a 35 minutos. 

Put half of this dough in the shape (I use the English cake) place some banana slices on the dough. Add the rest of the dough, place the other slices of bananas diagonally on top. Sprinkle cinnamon, add some whole chestnuts and bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees C. for about 30 to 35 minutes.

Faça o teste do palito. 

Deixe ficar morno e desenforme.

É um bolo úmido e perfumado .

Do the toothpick test.

Let it warm and unmold.

It is a moist and fragrant cake.
