  • Yeast (shallow)1 tablespoon
  • Syrup: sugar1.1/2 cup
  • Syrup:50 ml
  • Syrup: banana5 unit(s)
  1. Pour the sugar into a mold and heat until completely melted.
  2. Add a little water and let it melt completely until it becomes a syrup.
  3. After slices bananas and place on top of the caramel in the form.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°.
  5. In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, butter and mix until the dough is smooth.
  6. Then add the salt, milk, wheat flour (sifted) and mix slowly.
  7. After the dough is homogeneous, add the yeast and stir gently.
  8. Put the dough in the shape and take it to the oven already preheated to 180° for 40 min.
