- vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
- cinnamon1 dessert spoon
- yeast1 tablespoon
- In a bowl place 4 mashed bananas (reserve 1 to decorate), the eggs, mix well. Then add the oatmeal little by little, the vanilla essence, the xylitol and the cinnamon.
- Finally, add the yeast and mix. Put to bake in greased shape, decorate with pieces of banana, chestnuts and raisins. Bake in oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
