Amasse 1 banana e meia ,misture com ovo,mel , farelo de aveia canela e parte do chocolate picado.

Mash 1 banana and a half, mix with egg, honey, oat bran, cinnamon and part of the chopped chocolate.

Por último adicione a outra 1/2 da banana picada coloque em uma forma untada e adicione alguma pedaços de chocolate por cima.

Finally add the other 1/2 of the chopped banana put it in a greased shape and add some chocolate pieces on top.

Leve para assar em forno pré -aquecio a 180° graus por 25 minutos.
