- Mash the banana in a bowl, add the eggs and oil, mix well, then add the oat and almond flour, cinnamon and chestnuts, mix until well incorporated.
- Finally add the yeast. In a greased shape, put the dough, a tip if possible that is silicone. Sprinkle chestnuts and oats on top of the dough and bake in a preheated medium oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
