- Date syrup or molasses1/4 cup

- Pinch of salt to taste

- Mash the bananas until they form a puree.
- Add the three eggs, one at a time, and mix them into the puree until smooth, with a fork.
- Add the other ingredients and incorporate everything very well with the use of a fouet, until a smooth dough is formed, finally adding the chemical yeast.
- In a small form, greased with coconut oil or ghee, pour the dough and finish the topping with two sliced bananas and cinnamon powder (as shown in the video).
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or when golden and you insert a toothpick, it comes out clean.
- Unmold with it already cold It's ready to serve. If you prefer, cut into slices and freeze, to eat when you feel like it. It lasts up to 3 months frozen.
