- Butter or margarine1/2 cup

- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Wheat Flour1/2 cup
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Mashed banana2 unit(s)
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- In the mixer put the sugar and butter. Beat until it's a cream.
- Then add the eggs and beat until smooth.
- In a bowl mix the wheat flour, bicarbonate and baking powder.
- Add the mixer mix. Mix until it's bodied.
- Add mashed banana, sour cream, salt and vanilla.
- Mix it up.
- Greased shape.
- Preheated oven 180° for 50 minutes or until bake.
