- Butter2 tablespoon
- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Rice flour1/2 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Water1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate100 g
- Mash the bananas and mix all the ingredients, except the yeast and the chocolate, with a whisk;
- After the mixture is homogeneous, add the baking powder;
- Distribute the dough in silicone molds;
- Chop the chocolate and distribute over the cookie dough;
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes;
- After cooling, you can serve!
