Baked pear with gorgonzola and honey

  • Ripe pear1 unit(s)
  • Crushed Gorgonzola Cheese2 tablespoon
  • Flaked almonds to taste
  • Honey mastic flowers to taste
  1. Cut the pear in half and remove part of the core, making a space for the cheese.
  2. Wrap the two halves in aluminum foil or parchment paper, place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Remove from the oven and from the paper, place 1 spoon of gorgonzola in each half, spread the laminated almonds on top.
  4. Return to the oven at high temperature or with the gilder on and bake until the almonds are golden.
  5. Remove from the oven, place on the serving dish and drizzle with the Aroeira flowers honey. Serve immediately.
