  • Mozzarella500 g
  • Ham500 g
  • Tomato sauce300 g
  • Tomato3 unit(s)
  • Gems2 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  1. In a basin add the warm water, the oil, the sugar, the salt, the yeast and gradually put the flour until it releases from the hands and unites, on a marble countertop put a thread of oil and knead the dough until absorb the oil and add more gradually, knead for 5 minutes, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes until it doubles in volume (I put it inside the microwave covered with a thick cloth)

  3.
