- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Cut off the top part of the garlic head. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt, pepper and thyme.
- Wrap the garlic in aluminum foil, without leaving the paper in contact with the top of the garlic.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-40 minutes. When golden and tender, remove from oven and let cool.
