  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Warm Milk150 ml
  • Dry Biological Yeast 10g1 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour5 cup
  1. Mix the yeast with the milk and keep covered until the yeast activates: 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sugar and butter well.
  3. Add the eggs and beat well.
  4. Add the milk and yeast mixture and mix well.
  5. Add the wheat flour and mix with a spoon until homogenized.
  6. Knead the Dough for 5 to 10 Minutes. (How much + kneading: +fluffy) The dough has to be soft.
  7. Let the dough rest covered for 1 and a half hours.
  8. Format the donuts as desired and place in the pan: cover and let rise for +
  9. Bake in a preheated Medium Oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  10. With this same recipe, I also make Sweet Bread, Baked Dream and Croissant.
