Baked Carrot Cake with Spices

Bater no liquidificador a cenoura, o óleo, o açúcar, os ovos e as especiarias. Despejar em um bowl e misturar à mão a farinha e por último o fermento.

Blend the carrots, oil, sugar, eggs and spices in a blender. Pour into a bowl and mix by hand the flour and finally the yeast.

Levar ao forno pré aquecido 200 graus, em forma untada e enfarinhada, por mais ou menos 40 minutos (faça o teste do palito). Tirar do forno e deixar amornar.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, in a greased and infarinhada shape, for about 40 minutes (do the toothpick test). Remove from oven and let cool.

Para a cobertura, em uma panelinha misturar o açúcar, o achocolatado, a manteiga e o leite. Deixar diluir bem e então ferver por 1 minuto. Desligar e cobrir o bolo. Deixar esfriar para formar a casquinha.

For the topping, in a small saucepan, mix the sugar, chocolate, butter and milk. Allow to dilute well and then boil for 1 minute. Turn off and cover the cake. Allow to cool to form the crust.
