- Butter1 teaspoon
- Pink salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cut the bananas into thin slices.
- Spread the banana on the buttered baking sheet without overlapping.
- Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 10 minutes.
- Flip the bananas and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a plate with paper towels and let it dry until crispy.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Store in jars so you don't lose the crunchiness.
