  • Wheat flour | 280 g
  • Organic Yeast | 10 g
  • Oil | 1/4 cup
  • warm milk | 125 ml
  • Eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 2 tablespoon
  • Salt | 1 dessert spoon
  • Mateiga |  to taste
  • grated cheese |  to taste


  1. In the mixer, first add the liquid ingredients: oil, warm milk, eggs, sugar, salt and yeast. Beat for 2 minutes
  2. Add the wheat flour little by little and beat either by hand with a wooden spoon, or with the mixer (if it is suitable for heavy doughs) beat for about 10 minutes, cover with a clean dish towel or plastic film, and let it rest in the oven for 60 minutes.
  3. After doubling the size of the dough, mold the buns with your hands bathed in oil, and set aside in a greased and floured shape. Let it rest again for 60min.
  4. Doubled in size again, bake at 200°C for approximately 10min or until golden. After baking, brush butter and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve at will!
