- Dry Yeast10 g
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour700 g
- Eggs02 unit(s)
- Warm water1 cup
- Oil or olive oil1/2 cup
- grated cheese100 g
- Sponge Mix water, yeast and sugar, wait 10 minutes
- Mix the eggs, the oil and add the sponge,
- Add the flour little by little until everything is incorporated.
- Let it rise until it doubles in volume.
- Place on the bench, mold the baguettes, open with the roll and put cheese in the middle, roll up and take it to grow again until it doubles in volume.
- Brush with egg yolks and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
