  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour700 g
  • Eggs02 unit(s)
  • Warm water1 cup
  • Oil or olive oil1/2 cup
  • grated cheese100 g
  1. Sponge Mix water, yeast and sugar, wait 10 minutes
  2. Mix the eggs, the oil and add the sponge,
  3. Add the flour little by little until everything is incorporated.
  4. Let it rise until it doubles in volume.
  5. Place on the bench, mold the baguettes, open with the roll and put cheese in the middle, roll up and take it to grow again until it doubles in volume.
  6. Brush with egg yolks and sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
