- Brown the bacon slices. Reserve. Cut the loaf to the size of the bottom of the cupcake pan. Brown in the same skillet you used to fry the bacon. Apply oil to the cupcake liners. Place the golden bread slices on the base, and on the sides the ribbons from here with. Place a dessert spoon of grated cheese on top of the bread, and on top place our star dish: the Egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes (less time for softer yolks, more time for firm yolks).
