- Oat flour1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Breast milk/formula or almond milk160 ml
- Ripe banana1 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- In a bowl, mix the oat flour, egg, milk, mashed banana and yeast. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mass.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Using a spoon, place small portions of the dough into the air fryer muffin cups.
- Cook at 180°C for about 5-7 minutes or until the dumplings are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool a little before serving it to the baby
