- Put the oil to heat and then make small donuts one by one and fry in hot oil, always turning until the donut is golden and doubles in volume!
- Tip: make the donuts as you fry, preferably, ask someone to help you fry them while you do the donuts, because if you do all of them and leave them on the table or plate they will stick and soften, so you have to do them and fry them!
