Pegar as fatias do pão integral e tostar, na frigideira ou na torradeira.
Amassar o avocado, misturar sal, limão e pimenta do reino. Até criar uma pastinha 
Fritar os ovos, podendo deixar ou não a gema mole, faço na panela anti aderente, se não tiver coloque um pouco de azeite para não grudar, não esqueça de temperar com sal e pimenta 
Para montar pegue a fatia de pão tostada, coloque a pastinha de avocado e por cima o ovo! E saboreie, ótima opção para café da manhã ou lanche da tarde!!

Mash the avocado, mix salt, lemon and black pepper. Until you create a folder
Fry the eggs, leaving the yolk soft or not, I do it in the non-stick pan, if you don't have it, put a little oil so it doesn't stick, don't forget to season with salt and pepper
To assemble, take the toasted slice of bread, place the avocado paste and the egg on top! And enjoy, great option for breakfast or afternoon snack!!
