- Start by toasting the bread in a sandwich maker. Also cut the avocado into slices, place on the bread and season with salt and pepper.
- For the egg, boil a pan with plenty of water. As soon as it boils, lower the heat to minimum, add the vinegar, stir and wait for the water to calm down.
Crack the egg into a small pot and gently drop it into the water (try not to stir the water). For soft yolk, cook for 4 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon and, if you are not going to put it directly on the bread, place it on a plate greased with oil.
- Place the egg over the avocado, season with salt and serve!
