Avocado1 unit(s)
Grated cheese (of your choice) to taste
Lemon juice1 unit(s)
Eggs2 unit(s)
Olive oil to taste
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, add the cheese and season with lemon, salt and pepper and set aside;
In a frying pan, toast the slices of bread in the oil and then fry the egg (preferably leave the yolk still soft);
On a plate, place the 2 slices of bread, half the avocado for each and the eggs on top.
Optional: you can put bacon, tomato and etc.
