- Toasted sourdough bread slice1 unit(s)
- Squeezed lemon1 teaspoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Chia1 coffee spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Microgreens to taste
- Mash the avocado, mix in the lemon and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread this mixture on the slice of bread.
- Cut the egg into 3 or 4 pieces and place on top of the bread.
- Sprinkle the chia and decorate with Microgreens.
