  • Whole wheat flour250 g
  • Brown Sugar115 g
  • Chocolate powder50 g
  • Dry yeast25 g
  • Honey100 g
  • Butter200 g
  • Salt50 g
  • Corn flour to taste
  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, chocolate, baking powder and brown sugar.
  2. Add water little by little, just until it forms a point, the dough is compact.
  3. Add the honey, butter, salt and knead. If necessary, add flour until the dough comes off your hands. Transfer to countertop and beat the dough.
  4. Make balls and roll in corn flour, just to brown on top of the buns. Put it in a shape and let it rest for 2 hours for the buns to grow. They double in size so leave some space between them.
  5. Take to preheated oven for 14 minutes.
  6. Stuff to taste!!!
