  • Sour tapioca starch250 g
  • Sweet cassava starch250 g
  • Artisanal half-cured cheese170 g
  • Salt10 g
  • Oil150 ml
  • Water200 ml
  • Milk150 ml
  • Small whole eggs4 unit(s)
  1. Boil liquids. Mix the dry ingredients. Blanch the cassava and wait for it to cool
  2. Mix the beaten eggs and knead, checking for doneness (dough that can be rolled but still sticky). Mix the cheese.
  3. Roll into desired size and place in the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes at 180°C.
