- Corn flour (cornmeal)2 cup
- Butter1 coffee spoon
- warm milk50 ml
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Quijo to taste
- Mix all the ingredients and let the dough "rest" for 10 minutes;
- Shape the dough to a finger width;
- Fry in olive oil, set aside and cut in half to add the cheese.
- Serve with coffee or tea any time of day.
