- Leftover risotto (any flavor)3 cup
- Wheat2 tablespoon
- Cheddar (slice)4 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Panko Flour1 cup
- Oil for frying500 ml
- When you have leftover risotto, of any flavor, leave it in the fridge overnight. The next day, add the wheat flour to help bind it together. In your hands, separate a ball and put the cheddar cheese. Roll up like a brigadier.
- Dip the balls in wheat flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the panko flour.
- Heat a pan with oil and fry the balls until golden brown. consume it hot
