Apple Crumble with Oats

- Oats1 cup
- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Melted butter100 g
- Brown sugar or culinary sweetener2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Peel and cut the apples into semi-moon slices. Squeeze the lemon over the apple slices so they don't darken. Reserve.
- Mix the oats, oat flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add the melted butter and mix well, forming a farofa.
- Place the apple slices in a greased baking dish (I used Compostable molds from the growpack, I didn't even need to grease them).
- Pour the farofa over it and take it to the oven until golden!
- Tip: I served it with homemade Greek yogurt. There's a recipe here on my profile!
