Junte o ovo inteiro, a clara e a banana. Bata tudo no liquidificador. Passe para uma
tigela e junte a colher de fermento e a xícara de farelo de aveia integral. Mexa muito
bem com uma colher. Despeje tudo em uma forma untada. Cubra com fatias de maçã
e leve para assar por 30 minutos a 210º. Se quiser, ainda quente, polvilhe um pouco de canela em pó
