- Baking Powder01 tablespoon
- Add the whole egg, egg white and banana. Beat everything in the blender. pass to a bowl and add the yeast spoon and the cup of whole oat bran. stir a lot well with a spoon. Pour everything into a greased form. Cover with apple slices and bake for 30 minutes at 210º. If you want, still hot, sprinkle some cinnamon powder
