- Cheese of your choice (3 types)300 g
- Green grape to taste
- Strawberries300 g
- Italian bread (or any bread of your choice)2 unit(s)
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Cashew Nuts100 g
- Berry Jam2 tablespoon
- Apricot Jam2 tablespoon
- Fresh water1 l
- Wine1 l
- Cut the cheeses into cubes and place them on a board or platter. I used the standard Brie, Gorgonzola and Minas cheeses.
- On another tray or board, accommodate the fruits and nuts. I used cashews, but use any you like (peanuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, etc).
- Choose 1 or 2 types of jam, they go great with the cheeses.
- Cut the Italian bread, or baguette, or Portuguese bread, whichever you prefer, into slices and leave a duckling with a little butter and a spatula nearby.
- A bottle/jar with fresh water and a wine also make an aperitif table very well.
- Tip: use jute to cover the table, it gives a rustic and very welcoming touch to your guests.
