- 2/3 cup of wheat flour tea100 g
- 2 tablespoons of sugar30 g
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder7 g
- A pinch of salt to taste
- 1/2 cup milk tea120 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- 2 tbsp melted butter30 g
- Honey to taste
- Jelly to taste
- Place all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt and yeast) in a bowl and mix.
- Put the milk, melted butter and egg. Mix well until you get a smooth dough and take it to the fridge for 15 min (extremely necessary step, don't skip this step).
- In a greased non-stick skillet over low heat, place the desired amount according to the size you want your pancake.
- Let it bake on one side and turn to bake on the other.
- Finish with honey and jam, it's delicious!
