- Almond flour2/3 cup
- Sour cream1/3 cup
- ricotta cream100 g
- Vanilla Essence1/2 teaspoon
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Beat the eggs well. Add the heavy cream and ricotta cream and mix together with the vanilla. Mix the almond flour with the yeast. Then add to the egg and cream mixture along with a pinch of salt. Let rest for 5-10 minutes. Fry in a skillet with a little butter.
