- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Soybean or corn oil2 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a refractory, Gather all the ingredients (except the yeast) and mix well until it gets very homogeneous. Then add the yeast and mix more. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Grease a nonstick skillet with margarine and let it heat up, then lower the heat. Put it with a ladle, after the pancake starts to make holes and it's time to turn. Do it one at a time, if you need to clean the pan and grease it again. High heat burns before baking. Enjoy your food!!
