01 - Misture a Manteiga (derretida), açúcar Mascavo, açúcar, essência de baunilha em um bolw.




01 - Mix the Butter (melted), brown sugar, sugar, vanilla essence in a bowl.




03 - Acrescente a farinha aos poucos aos poucos e misture bem.



03 - Add the flour little by little and mix well.



04 - Por último, adicine o fermento e misture só até incorporá-lo à massa.



04 - Finally, add the yeast and mix just until it is incorporated into the dough.



05 - Depois da massa bem misturada, adicione o chocolate em gota.

06 - Forme bolinhas pequenas e asse em forno preaquecido, sobre papel manteiga ou assadeira antiaderente por aproximadamente 15 a 20 minutos (250°C)

Dicas:

01 - Deixe espaço entre as bolinhas, pois a massa se espalha no forno.

02 - O tempo de forno pode variar, ele deve ser retirado do forno com a parte de cima "mole", quando trincar está bom.

03 - Quando tirar do forno deixe descansando em cima de uma grelha, com uns 10 cm de altura. 

Tips:

01 - Leave space between the balls, because the dough spreads in the oven.

02 - The oven time may vary, it must be removed from the oven with the top "soft", when the cracking is good.

03 - When you take it out of the oven, let it rest on top of a grill, about 10 cm high.
