- Fresh or industrialized Cupuaçu pulp400 g
- Milk500 ml
- Sugar to taste
- Condensed milk200 ml
- Water to taste
- In a blender place the milk, cupuaçu pulp, sugar, condensed milk
- Beat for at least 3 minutes
- When beating, it will thicken, then add the water at the point of juice you want.
- Add sugar as needed to sweeten to your liking.
- And your delicious cupuaçu juice is ready.
- Vô and you can use this same recipe for other flavors of natural juice. It's a delight!!
