- Ground beef500 g
- Chicken broth tablets2 unit(s)
- Water700 ml
- Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Medium onion1 unit(s)
- bunch of mint1 unit(s)
- bunch of parsley1 unit(s)
- Salt and cumin to taste
- Boil the water with the chicken broth. Add to the wheat and let it soak for approximately 40 minutes.
- After that add all the other ingredients. Knead the dough well, shape the kibes and fry in hot oil.
