- Semisweet chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- Peanut paste2 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut to taste
- Stuff the cookies with a little peanut butter, as in image 3.
- Chop the chocolate and put it in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir well to help it melt.
- Dip the cookies in chocolate and transfer to a plate lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle grated coconut and take it in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
