- Put the cassava to cook in water in the pressure cooker.
- Season the chicken and put it to cook leaving a broth that will be used in the preparation of the dumpling.
- When you cook the chicken, pass it in the processor making it a ground meat and set aside.
- In a pan, beat the cassava and gradually add the chicken broth, leave it in the consistency that you can shape the dumplings, if necessary add a little flour, to adjust the alloy.
- Mix the dough a part of the processed chicken
- The rest of the processed chicken you stuff the balls, you can also use cheese if you want!
- Grease the mold with oil and place the balls. Bake in the oven until golden.
