- Olive oil to taste
- Beat the eggs with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Put the butter and a little oil in a frying pan. Place the beaten eggs, so that it takes the entire length of the skillet, in a thin layer.
- Let it bake well. In the middle place half of the shredded chicken and part of the cheese and fold
- In this other half, put the chicken reatantw and more cheese
- Remove and place on a plate, garnish with parsley if desired.
